The three room apartment consists of a big living room with kitchen and sleeping couch, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Beside the floor heating system, the Tyrolean tile stove makes the flat cozy and warm. A huge and sunny terrace brings in a lot of daylight.
Be assured, that you will enjoy every minute of your holiday in this luxury apartment. The cozy atmosphere was achieved by combining traditional South Tyrolean interior style with technically high-end appliances.
Thanks to the floor heating system, the classic Tyrolean tile oven, as well as the huge and sunny terrace, the apartment is a wonderful oasis of well-being. The luxurious bath room fulfills all wishes. As in all apartments, we stuck with our original idea and combined the comforting, South Tyrolean flair with modern bath elements and thus created your private wellness area.
Needless to say, that the parking lot, the ski depot, the laundry service and the final
cleaning of the apartment are included in our prices. You can reach the flat very
comfortably with the elevator. Other fantastic highlights are the Bang & Olufsen TV
set and the sound system with DVD-player.

The two room apartment has a living area with kitchen and sleeping couch, one sleeping room and a bathroom. Beside the floor heating system, the Tyrolean tile stove will create a warm ambiance. The spacious and sunny terrace brings in a lot of light.
In this apartment we managed perfectly to combine the comfortable and cozy South Tyrolean life style with high end technical appliances. The easy atmosphere, created by the furniture mainly made of local pine wood, is completed by the natural warmth achieved by the tiled stove and the floor heating. The perfectly proportioned rooms, the modern kitchen, the beautiful and spacious bathroom and the sun facing terrace stand for a comforting and relaxed living ambiance and will make your stay in South Tyrol something very special. A real highlight is the Bang & Olufsen TV set!
The parking lot and the ski depot can be easily reached with the lift and are included in the price, just like the laundry service and final cleaning.

When entering our penthouse, you will step into a luxurious place of well-being, where the newest living appliances and the traditional interior have been combined in perfection.
Three fantastic bath rooms are partly equipped with whirlpools, as well as showers with integrated steam sauna – after a wonderful day in the magical South Tyrolean landscape, they will invite you to heavenly relaxation. Very special highlights are the Bang & Olufsen TV set and the sound system with DVD player. The traditional interior, which was mainly crafted out of pine wood, creates a laid back atmosphere and beside the floor heating system, the typical South Tyrolean tiled stove will make the apartment cozy and warm. The spacious terrace was built on the South-Western side of the flat,
facing the sun. From here you have a breathtaking view on the majestic mountain
panorama of South Tyrol.
The elevator will bring you comfortably to your parking space in the garage and to the
ski depot. Both are, as well as the laundry service and the final cleaning, included in our prices.
